Wrestling – @Fosterwrestling

Congratulations to Foster Sophomore Chidoze Nwankwo on winning gold in the wrestling 5A 285-pound division. Congratulations to Foster Junior Valerie Carreon on finishing sixth in the Class 5A 102-pound division at the UIL State Wrestling Meet.


Foster Boys Basketball – @Foster_BB

Boys basketball continues to make history grabbing the 51-42 win vs. Boerne Champion to become area champions. Foster Boys Basketball Ball will play Austin LBJ on Tuesday @ Bryan Rudder at 7:00 pm in the Regional Quarterfinals. Tickets will be $5 – Adults and $3 – Students and all passes will be accepted for holder. Go Falcons!


Foster Softball – @Foster_Softball

Softball played in the Pearland Haynie Tournament 2/22-24, and finished with 3 wins, 2 loses, and 1 tie.


Foster (2) vs. LD Bell (4): Foster fell behind early and couldn’t come back despite out-hitting LD Bell six to three in a 4-2 loss. Amanda Allen took the loss allowing three hits and four runs and striking out four. Alexis Lesak, CiCi Mata, Leea Dempsey, Kaitlyn Reinecke, Shelby Showers, and Alexis Moran each collected one hit to lead Foster.


Foster (4) vs. Alvin (0): Kacie Pryor didn’t allow a single run in the 4-0 win. Pryor allowed just two hits. Pryor led the team with two hits along with Bria Tovar, Haley Etzler and Lia Castillo each collecting one hit.


Foster (2) vs. Tompkins (4): Friday’s game against Tompkins was a heartbreaker for Foster, as they lost the lead late in a 4-2 defeat. Kacie Pryor lasted six innings, allowing nine hits and four runs while striking out nine. Kaitlyn Reinecke led Foster with three hits in four at bats.


Foster (5) vs. Klein Oak (0): Amanda Allen shut down Klein Oak, throwing a complete game shutout and leading Foster to a 5-0 victory on Friday. She surrendered zero runs on four hits over seven innings, striking out seven and walking zero. Foster racked up seven hits in the game. Kylie Neel and Bria Tovar both had multiple hits. Foster didn’t commit a single error in the field.


Foster (10) vs. Dobie (5): Kacie Pryor was the winning pitcher for Foster. She surrendered five runs on ten hits over seven innings, striking out ten and walking one. Foster tallied 11 hits in the game. Lia Castillo, CiCi Mata, Kacie Pryor, and Bria Tovar all contributed two hits for Foster. Kaitlyn Reinecke, Kylie Stamper, and Alexis Moran also had one hit apiece. Foster was sure-handed in the field and didn’t commit a single error.


Foster (1) vs. Weslaco (1): Foster tied the game on a triple in the sixth inning from Kylie Neel as Foster tied Weslaco High School 1-1 on Saturday. Bria Tovar went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead the team in hits. Kaitlyn Reinecke and Haley Etzler also contributed hits.

Foster Boys Soccer – @BoysSoccerFHS

On 2/23 vs Victoria West: Foster got another win against Victoria West 4-0. Goals scored by Erickson Zecena (2), Winner Assi, and Kevin Rendon. Assists by RJ Hunt and Jose Baptista. Next game is Monday @ Fulshear.


On 2/20, vs. Lamar Consolidated: Boys Soccer had a big win against Lamar Consolidated! After being down 1-0 and 3-2, our boys found a way to overcome adversity and win 4-3.  Incredible game!

Falcon Baseball – @fosterfalconbb

Varsity Baseball played a tournament at Langham Creek 2/23-24, and finished with two wins and 1 tie.


Foster (10) vs. Klein Oak (0): Cade Sitka didn’t allow a single hit as Foster Varsity defeated Klein Oak 10-0 on Friday. In the first inning, Foster Varsity got their offense started when Sitka tripled on a 2-0 count, scoring two runs. Foster Varsity notched four runs in the fourth inning and scored its runs on a grand slam by Chance Van Cleave. Sitka led things off on the rubber lasting four innings, allowing zero hits and zero runs while striking out three and walking one.

Foster Varsity totaled nine hits in the game. Zach Limas, Sitka, and Quinton Oliver each racked up multiple hits for Foster. Limas went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead Foster Varsity in hits.


Foster (9) vs. Langham Creek (9): Foster Varsity tied the game on a home run in the sixth inning when Cade Sitka hit a solo homer. Foster Varsity put up five runs in the second inning. Zach Limas and Chance Van Cleave powered the big inning with RBIs. Sitka went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Foster Varsity in hits.


Foster (6) vs. Klein (4): Foster Varsity nabbed the lead late in the game in a 6-4 victory over Klein on Saturday. The game was tied at four with Foster Varsity batting in the bottom of the sixth when Christian Martinez singled on a 2-1 count, scoring two runs. In the bottom of the fifth inning, Foster Varsity tied things up at four when Tate Hackler doubled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring two runs. Foster Varsity scored three runs in the fifth inning. The offensive firepower by Foster Varsity was led by Zach Schroeder and Hackler, all knocking in runs in the inning.

O’Driscoll toed the rubber for Foster Varsity. He lasted five innings, allowing three hits and four runs while striking out three. Martinez went 2-for-4 at the plate to lead Foster Varsity in hits. Foster Varsity was sure-handed and didn’t commit a single error. Stuart Johnson made the most plays with eight.

Foster Water Polo – @fosterwaterpolo

2/22: Foster Boys Water Polo is 2-0 on the season defeating Tomball 15-1 and Memorial 8-4. Foster Girls Water Polo moves to 2-0 on the season defeating Tomball 14-1 and Memorial 6-4.


2/24: Foster Boys Water Polo wins two more today beating Strake and The Woodlands. Foster Girls Water Polo wins two more today beating St. Agnes 6-4 and The Woodlands 7-6.

2/23 Alief Spring Tournament: Congratulations Nicole and Natalia!  Another tournament championship!!!  First place at the Alief Varsity tournament!  4-6, 6-1, 10-4!
