Girls Varsity Softball · Softball Shuts Out Victoria West in District Opener

Kacie Pryor didn’t allow a single run as Foster defeated Victoria West 10-0 on Tuesday. Pryor allowed just one hit.

Pryor went 2-for-4 at the plate driving in runs on a home run in the third and a home run in the fifth.

Foster tallied four runs in the fourth inning. The offensive firepower by Foster was led by Pryor and Haley Etzler, who all drove in runs.

Pryor earned the victory on the pitcher’s mound going six innings, allowing zero runs on one hit, striking out 13 and walking zero.

Foster scattered 16 hits in the game. Kylie Neel, Kaitlyn Reinecke, Leea Dempsey, Pryor, and Etzler all managed multiple hits. Reinecke and Neel both had four hits to lead Foster.
